Elephant ears (Colocasia esculenta) are bulb we've always enjoyed growing in our garden, both in containers and ground beds, but we've never grown these Jumbo elephant ears before and we're LOVING the Olive bonsai. It's original soil was staying too wet and leaves were falling off so changed it to a more free draining mi.
